While these are geared toward couples, there may be takeaways for consensually non-monogamous (CNM) relationships too. However, the book Polysecure was written for CNM relationships. Not yet ready for couples/relational therapy? Consider the Emotionally Focused Workbook for Couples. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is an evidence-based approach for working with couples that may also be suitable for polyamorous relationships.
