$275 per 50-minute session
Individual trauma therapy for teenagers and adults across the lifespan seeking to address complex trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, and survival responses that affect relationships, trust, boundaries, and emotional regulation. Integrating somatic, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approaches, therapy explores how personal and ancestral history, racism, family dynamics, and systemic stress shape patterns of protection and connection—supporting lasting change without pathologizing your identity or experiences.
